The Home Hill Comfort Stop includes all the facilities you need to enjoy a short break on your travels. Toilets, hot showers, barbecues, meal preparation benches and sinks, picnic tables, parents room and disabled bathroom. During the winter months from April through to September, the Comfort Stop is very popular, and it is best to arrive by lunchtime to secure your spot for the night.

Parking for self-contained caravans, motor homes and campervans is available in Railway Avenue, the street behind the Comfort Stop. Visitors are allowed 48 hours free stop-over.

Plenty of parking is available in Eighth Avenue at the front of the Comfort Stop if you are planning a brief stop to use the facilities. Look for the signs as you enter Home Hill.

Whilst you are at the Comfort Stop, take your photo using the Shareable Moments Wall. Tag and upload them to your Facebook and Instagram accounts. Your friends will have a laugh to see you diving the Yongala Wreck or driving a tractor!
