NTI Townsville 500 race week activities launched
Track to town
For the first time ever, all 24 Supercars will drive through the streets of Townsville, in a parade where thousands of fans are expected to line the streets and cheer on their favourites.
As part of the packed pre-event activities calendar for July’s NTI Townsville 500, Supercars will drive out of the circuit and onto city streets as they make their way to the autograph session which this year will take place at Jezzine Barracks on Townsville’s famous Strand on Thursday evening.
Transporter Parade
The multi-million-dollar procession of Supercar transporters returns to Townsville to mark the official start to this year’s NTI Townsville 500.
More than 25-million dollars’ worth of Supercars equipment will make their way through the streets of Townsville and fans are being urged to line the streets to welcome their favourite teams to town before they reach pit lane at Reid Park.
