The CopperString Experience Centre, located at 71 Stanley Street in Townsville's city centre near Queensland Country Bank Stadium, is an engaging hub for visitors of all ages.

The first of its kind for a Powerlink project, the Centre features eight immersive and educational zones with interactive, hands-on exhibits that bring Queensland's energy story to life.

The Centre showcases the history of energy in Queensland, the CopperString project, and the vital role the North West Minerals Province and diverse energy generation play in shaping Queensland's energy future.

The CopperString Experience Centre is free to enter and open seven days a week, excluding Queensland public holidays.
